We ship all domestic single insole pair orders via USPS as First Class Mail. Orders received before 1 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received on weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Free Shipping

All RX Sorbo domestic orders of 2 pair or more will receive FREE SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping.

We guarantee that your new RX Sorbo insoles will provide long-lasting comfort and help reduce pain. If you are not 100% satisfied with your RX Sorbo Insole purchase you can return our order within 60 days for a full refund. Simply call customer service toll-free at 877.797.6726 for return authorization and complete instructions. RX Sorbo also has a full one-year product replacement guarantee against manufacturers defects. Please contact customer service for details.
