So the phrases “walking shoe insoles” and “walking shoe inserts” would therefore apply to distinct items, right? Actually, no. The fact is that these days the words are used interchangeably. This begs the question why the different terms are used, how did that come to be, and are the completely/exactly the same thing these days?
