My son was having major issues with heel pain, and these were highly recommended. He uses these in his soccer cleats, and they have made a world of difference for him. I have since purchased more pairs as they have worked out so well. (Posted on 10/6/2015)

Bought for my son who's heels were getting sore in his soccer shoes. Didn't completely solve the problem, but did reduce the pain and discomfort significantly. Used in combination with Superfeet inserts to create a better fit in cleats and reduced shock on the heels. Good product that stays in place within the shoes. (Posted on 10/6/2015)

I worked at a running shop over a decade ago. I gone through a bunch of these over the years. They last long. Probably 2-3 pairs of shoes - life. I have 3 currently but getting a 4th pair. The last 3 I got it from 2010 and it still works. I dont use it on all my shoes but a good amount of them have it. It's important to get a bit of lift in the heel. Now I am buying my 4th pair! Good for relieving heel pain due to planter fasciitis. I wear a women's 8.5 in athletic shoes, and the medium heel pad fits well in those. (Posted on 10/6/2015)

Instant relief upon inserting Sorbothane, as always. The amazing thing is that I only have to replace my Sorbothane inserts every 20 years or so -- and I do A LOT of walking! Incredibly effective; incredibly tough and long-lasting. The imitations are all over the place but all the ones I've tried were designed to fall apart after 6 months to a year.
