Below is the September, 2010 marathon schedule for events that span from the East to West Coasts.  Runners, especially marathon runners, need to pay extra attention to their feet.   The added pressure that is being applied to the heel and ball while running can cause continuously growing pain that can affect the overall of outcome of actually being able to finish a race.  Whatever shoe you choose to partner with during a marathon, take the extra step and add an insole that will cushion the impact and make running a little more comfortable.

Lebron’s New Kicks

Well, if you haven’t heard by now, Lebron James is now a member or the Miami Heat.  Some may call him a traitor, some may refer to him as a “smart business man”…we’re going to stay neutral on this subject by saying: “Good Luck to all parties”.  Now that we’ve pulled out the white flag, here is a peak at Lebron’s 2010-2011 shoes.  Rumors have it saying that Lebron has bad knees so lets hope that he starts the comfort/healing process with some added support from shoe insoles.
